Our banquet room is available for all types of events and special occasions. From corporate events to birthday celebrations, Ginger is the perfect setting to host your next dinner or luncheon. Our attentive staff will see to your every need while offering the finest pacific rim cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients. We offer customizable menus and settings to provide you with an experience that is both appropriate and unique to your occasion.
Banquet Reservations
As a courtesy, inquires are held for a period of 7 days, after which time a credit card number and signed contract are required in order to secure your requested date.

In order to ensure quality of service, banquets are scheduled around our busiest hours of operations. Please see your event coordinator to discuss an arrival time that best suits the needs of your group.
Fees
Rather than charge an hourly rate, Ginger has set minimum revenue requirements determined by the both the day and time of your event. Requirements are as follows:
| Sun - Thur Dinner Banquets | $500.00 min. Food & Beverage |
| Fri - Sat Dinner Banquets | $600.00 min Food & Beverage |
| Mon - Fri Lunch Banquets | $300.00 min Food & Beverage |
| Sat - Sun Brunch Banquets | $300.00* min Food & Beverage |
Audio visual equipment is available for a $50.00 A/V fee. Please see your event coordinator for details.
